About
Booking and cancellation policies
Everything published, in one place. None of it is unusual — but a single-practitioner practice runs a little differently from a chain spa, and it is fairer to say so up front.
How appointments are made
All services are by appointment only. Every appointment is booked through our booking site, which is where the service, the time and the location are recorded, where payment is handled, and where intake forms and waivers live.
There is no booking form on this website and no walk-in trade at the studio — the studio is a private treatment suite inside another business, not a retail spa with a reception desk. Book online (opens our booking site in a new tab), or call 214-732-1192 if you have a question first.
Cancellation
We charge a 30% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled appointment.
The reason for the four-hour window is practical rather than punitive. This is a single-practitioner practice — an unfilled slot cannot be handed to another therapist, and a cancellation with a few hours’ notice usually cannot be filled at all. A slot released a day ahead very often can, from the waitlist.
If something genuinely unavoidable happens, call as early as you can. Notice is the thing that makes a difference.
Card on file
A card on file is required for first-time clients. It is held by the booking platform, not by us, and it is what makes the cancellation policy enforceable without a deposit.
Intake forms and waivers
Intake forms and waivers must be completed before your appointment. They are sent with your GlossGenius appointment confirmation. They cover health history, medication, injuries, allergies and product sensitivities — everything a therapist needs to know before working on you.
Please complete them honestly and in advance rather than on arrival. Some disclosures change whether a session should go ahead at all — a clotting disorder, a heat-sensitive condition before a hot stone massage, or a pregnancy complication before a prenatal session. Those are much better raised at booking than discovered on the table.
The waitlist
Same-day appointments can be difficult to schedule. Join the waitlist and you will be worked onto the schedule as openings appear. It is worth joining rather than treating as a formality — for in-home appointments in particular, the waitlist is how most short-notice openings actually get filled.
We have limited availability and only accept a few new clients per month. That constraint is real and it is stated plainly because it affects how far ahead you should plan.
Birthday discount
A $10 birthday discount is redeemed at the time of service.
Memberships
Memberships exist for clients who book regularly, in 60-minute massage, 75-minute massage, 90-minute massage tiers. Current membership pricing is confirmed at booking rather than published here — see the booking site (opens our booking site in a new tab) or call (214) 732-1192 to ask.
Gift cards
Gift cards are not currently sold.
Pricing
Every price on the menu is the published price, and it is the same whether the session is at the studio or in your own home. There is no separate mobile rate, and no travel fee or travel radius is published. If anything additional ever applied to a particular booking, it would be confirmed with you directly before your appointment rather than assumed.
Policies — questions
What is your cancellation policy?
We charge a 30% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled appointment.
Do I need to leave a card on file?
A card on file is required for first-time clients. This is standard for a single-practitioner practice, where an unfilled slot cannot be reassigned to another therapist.
When do I complete the intake form?
Before your appointment. Intake forms and waivers are sent with your booking confirmation and live in the booking link, so there is nothing to fill in on arrival.
Can I get a same-day appointment?
It can be difficult. Same-day availability is limited, particularly for in-home sessions. Join the waitlist and you will be worked onto the schedule as openings appear — that is how most short-notice slots get filled.
Is there a birthday discount?
Yes — a $10 birthday discount, redeemed at the time of service.
Do you sell gift cards?
Gift cards are not currently sold.
Do you offer memberships?
Yes — memberships exist for clients who book regularly, in 60-minute massage, 75-minute massage, 90-minute massage tiers. Current membership pricing is confirmed at booking rather than published here, so ask when you book or call 214-732-1192.
