You do not drive anywhere, you do not sit in a waiting area, and you do not have to be presentable afterwards.

That last point matters more than people expect. The twenty minutes after a good massage are the part most spa clients lose. You get off the table relaxed, then dress, settle a bill, walk to a car and rejoin traffic on Central or the Tollway, and by the time you are home the work has largely been undone. At home, the session ends and you stay exactly where you are.

Sessions run 45 or 60 minutes in your home, and every one of them is performed by LaSandra Butler, a licensed massage therapist who has been working in this metroplex for more than seventeen years. There is no rotating roster and no dispatch algorithm. You book with the same person each time, and she remembers what your shoulders were doing last visit.

High-rise and mid-rise buildings are the one case worth a heads-up when you book. If your building requires guests to be registered at the desk, or the loading elevator has to be reserved, mention it in your booking notes so the arrival window is not spent in a lobby. Everything else — parking, entry, which unit — is easier to sort out in advance than on the doorstep.

Booking in Dallas

All appointments are by appointment only and are booked online — booking, payment, intake forms and waivers are all handled on the booking site. A card on file is required for first-time clients, and the cancellation policy is published in full: a 30% fee applies to no-shows or cancellations made within 4 hours of the appointment.

We have limited availability and only accept a few new clients per month. Same-day appointments can be difficult to schedule, so joining the waitlist is worth doing — waitlisted clients are worked onto the schedule as openings appear.
