SPAH — Spa Pampering at Home
Massage that comes to you
In-home massage across the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and surrounding areas. Everything the session needs arrives, gets set up in a room you choose, and leaves again. You do not go anywhere afterwards.

The SPAH Experience began as an in-home practice. The acronym is literal — Spa Pampering at Home — and mobile massage is still the defining service, seventeen years on. The studio came later.
The argument for it is simple and it becomes obvious the first time you experience the difference. At a spa, you get off the table relaxed, then dress, settle a bill, walk to a car and rejoin traffic. By the time you are home, a meaningful share of what the session achieved has been undone. At home, the session ends and you stay exactly where you are.
We are the pros at creating Spa Pamperings at Home! Our in-home experience helps you avoid traffic and enjoy the convenience and comfort of being cared for at home.
We have limited availability and only accept a few new clients per month. That is stated plainly because it is true and because it shapes how booking works here — this is not a dispatch service with an unlimited pool of therapists. Every session is performed by LaSandra Butler, which is precisely why the availability is finite.

The practical side
What you need, and what you do not
You provide
- A cleared space, roughly a dining table’s footprint
- A room where the door closes, ideally away from the kitchen
- Pets secured somewhere else
- A slightly warmer thermostat than usual
We bring
- A professional portable massage table
- Fresh linens for every session
- Bolsters and a face cradle
- Aromatherapy oils and music
You do not need to clean the house. One cleared room is the whole requirement — and quiet matters far more than square footage. A small back bedroom with a door beats a large open-plan living area every time.

Where we come to you
Areas served across the metroplex
Each area has its own page covering the practical detail — the housing, the access questions, and how scheduling tends to work there.
- DallasThe home city. In-home massage anywhere in Dallas proper, plus the studio itself off Northwest Highway.
- Fort WorthThe western end of the metroplex. In-home sessions for clients who would rather not make the drive east.
- PlanoNorth of the city, off the Tollway. A regular stop on the in-home schedule.
- FriscoThe far north end of the Tollway run. Newer homes, easy setup, planned bookings.
- RichardsonStraight up Central from the studio. Short travel, so more flexible scheduling.
- AddisonCompact, central and quick to reach. Dense housing that suits in-home sessions.
- IrvingWest of the city along 114. Corporate housing, Las Colinas high-rises and family neighborhoods.
- Preston HollowThe studio's own neighborhood. Both delivery modes are equally convenient here.
- Highland ParkImmediately south of the studio. Discreet, in-home sessions with no lobby and no valet.
- University ParkBetween the studio and Highland Park. Convenient either way, in-home or in-studio.
In-home massage — questions
What is in-home massage?
A licensed massage therapist comes to your home with everything the session needs — a professional portable table, fresh linens, bolsters, aromatherapy oils and music — sets up in a room you choose, performs the session, and packs everything away again. The SPAH Experience covers the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and surrounding areas.
How much space do I need?
Roughly the footprint of a dining table, with room to walk around three sides. A living room with the coffee table moved aside is almost always enough. You do not need a spare room, and the table does not go on a bed.
Do I need to provide anything?
No. Everything is brought for you and everything leaves again afterwards. You provide a cleared space and quiet. Setting the thermostat a little warmer than usual helps, since you will be still for an hour.
Which services are available in-home?
Express Massage (45 minutes, $100), Full Body Massage (60 minutes, $145) and Prenatal Massage (60 minutes, $145). Hot Stone Massage, Luxury Full Body Polish and Hydrating Body Wrap are studio-only because they need equipment and facilities that do not travel.
How far do you travel?
In-home sessions cover the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and surrounding areas, including Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Frisco, Richardson, Addison, Irving, Preston Hollow, Highland Park and University Park. If you are not sure whether you are covered, call 214-732-1192 and ask.
How far ahead do I need to book?
We have limited availability and only accept a few new clients per month. Same-day appointments can be difficult to schedule. Booking a week or more ahead is the reliable route, and joining the waitlist is how most short-notice openings get filled.
Is an in-home massage more expensive?
No. The published price is the same whether the session is at the studio or in your home, and no travel fee is published.
