The SPAH Experience is a massage therapy practice operated by LaSandra Butler, providing in-home massage across the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and surrounding areas and in-studio services at 7700 West Northwest Highway, Suite 720, Studio 271, Dallas, TX 75225. What this website collects

Contact form

If you submit the contact form, we receive the name, email address, optional phone number and message you enter. That information is emailed to us so we can reply. It is used for that purpose only: we do not sell it, rent it, add it to a marketing list, or share it with anyone other than the email provider that delivers the message.

The form includes basic anti-spam measures — a hidden field that real visitors never see, a check on how long the form was open before submission, and a limit on how many messages can be sent from one network address in an hour. These operate on the submission itself and do not build a profile of you.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how pages are found and used — which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from, and which links are clicked. This is aggregate measurement, not individual tracking, and we do not use it to identify you. Google’s handling of that data is governed by its own privacy policy, and most browsers offer settings, extensions or private-browsing modes that block analytics entirely.

Server logs

Like effectively every website, our hosting provider records standard technical information about requests — IP address, timestamp, page requested, browser type — for security and reliability purposes.

What happens when you book

Booking does not happen on this website. Every booking link on this site opens our booking platform at spahexperience.glossgenius.com in a new tab. That platform handles appointment scheduling, payment, intake forms and waivers, and it collects and stores that information under its own privacy policy and terms.

That means any health information you provide on an intake form, and any payment card details, are given to that platform rather than to this website. We never see or store card numbers.

Health information

Information you share about your health — on an intake form, at an appointment, or in a message — is treated as confidential and is used only to provide your treatment safely. It is not shared with third parties for marketing, and it is not published anywhere.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. Google Analytics sets cookies to measure usage as described above. Our booking platform sets its own cookies when you visit it, under its own policy.

How long we keep things

Contact form messages are kept in our email as long as they are useful for correspondence, and deleted when they are not. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics’ standard retention settings. Appointment records are held by the booking platform under its own retention policy.

Your choices

• You can decline to use the contact form and call us instead.
• You can block analytics using browser settings, an extension, or private browsing.
• You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to delete it, by calling (214) 732-1192 or using the contact form.
• For information held by the booking platform, contact us and we will help you reach the right place.

Children

This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 through it.
