1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of spahexperience.com, operated by The SPAH Experience, 7700 West Northwest Highway, Suite 720, Studio 271, Dallas, TX 75225. By using this website you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.
2. This site does not take bookings
Every booking link on this website opens our booking platform at spahexperience.glossgenius.com in a new tab. Appointments, payment, intake forms and waivers are handled entirely on that platform, under its own terms and privacy policy. Nothing you do on this website reserves, holds or confirms an appointment, and the contact form is for general inquiries only.
3. Pricing
The prices published on this site — Express Massage $100, Full Body Massage $145, Prenatal Massage $145, Hot Stone Massage $170, Luxury Full Body Polish $175 and Hydrating Body Wrap $175 — are the prices at the time of publication and apply equally to in-studio and, where available, in-home sessions.
Prices may change. The price shown on the booking platform at the time you book is the price that applies to your appointment. If you spot a discrepancy, please tell us.
4. Appointments and cancellation
All services are by appointment only. The published policies are:
- We charge a 30% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled appointment.
- A card on file is required for first-time clients.
- Intake forms and waivers must be completed before your appointment. They are sent with your GlossGenius appointment confirmation.

5. Service availability
Express Massage, Full Body Massage and Prenatal Massage are available in-studio and in-home across the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and surrounding areas. Hot Stone Massage, Luxury Full Body Polish and Hydrating Body Wrap are performed in-studio only, because they require equipment and facilities that do not travel.
Prenatal massage is performed in the 2nd and 3rd trimesters only. In-home availability is limited and only a small number of new in-home clients are accepted each month.
6. Health and suitability
Massage therapy is not medical treatment and nothing on this website is medical advice. The content here — including the wellness guides — is general information and is not a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare provider.
You are responsible for disclosing relevant health information honestly on the intake form before your appointment, including pregnancy, injuries, medication, allergies, skin conditions, circulatory or clotting conditions, and anything your doctor has told you to avoid. We may decline or modify a session where a treatment would not be appropriate. If you have a medical condition, please consult your healthcare provider before booking.
7. Accuracy of this site
We take care to keep this website accurate and current, but we do not warrant that every detail is free of error or perfectly up to date at every moment. Where this site and the booking platform disagree about a price, a duration or availability, the booking platform is authoritative.
8. Intellectual property
The content on this site — text, layout, logo and images we own or license — belongs to The SPAH Experience or its licensors. You may read, share and link to it. You may not republish it wholesale or present it as your own.
9. External links
This site links to external websites, including our booking platform and a small number of reference sources. We are not responsible for the content, policies or availability of any external site.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The SPAH Experience is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one posted here, with the date shown at the top.
